Hello Friends, Neighbors and Loyal Supporters of Spring Forest Middle School!

On behalf of the Spring Forest Middle School (SFMS) Parent Teacher Association (PTA), we would like to invite you to contribute to our school’s continued success through our annual sponsorship opportunities.  SFMS and their families are dedicated to enhancing our students’ learning potential.  We would appreciate your help now more than ever to do that!  

SFMS PTA’s largest annual school event is the Veterans Day Celebration, honoring those who have served our country. Our largest annual community event is the Multicultural Festival that features students’ diverse ethnic backgrounds.  We will hold both events this year, and depend on donations from corporate sponsors to help make these events a success.

Through the funds donated from generous community members like you, SFMS PTA funds character education and cultural programs, assists with performing and visual arts programs, and also provides library and classroom enhancements.  The PTA also helps to fund after school dances, the Eighth Grade Celebration, the Chess Club, Odyssey of the Mind, and the Reflections Art Contest.  These are only a few of the many ways the PTA enriches our students’ education. 

In addition, the PTA sponsors continuing education programs for teachers, teacher and staff appreciation events, provides upgraded technology, financial grants to teachers and campus improvements; all of which are crucial to supporting our educators. SFMS PTA also supports the community by working alongside Communities in Schools (CIS) and Family Point Resources, two organizations which do an enormous amount of good right here in our area of SBISD. 

SFMS is considered a Title I school, which is a federal term given to schools that serve high percentages or high numbers of economically disadvantaged children. In a school where the majority of our over 900 students qualify for the federal free/reduced lunch program, the funds provided by SFMS PTA are much appreciated and are vital to the overall success of our students. 

All of our sponsors are featured online on the SFMS PTA website.  Additionally, there are opportunities for advertising on SFMS’s front marquee and company-provided banners can be displayed on the school’s fence facing Memorial Drive, promoting your business to all cars and pedestrians along Memorial Drive.  SFMS PTA also offers recognition in various indoor areas of the building, all of which are visible to our over 900 students and their families, plus our 130 faculty and staff members. We also offer the opportunity to have business partners featured on SFMS social media outlets, with a link to your business website, if desired.  Please see the attached sheet for further information about advertising and sponsorship levels.

Thank you for considering assisting the SFMS PTA in taking an active part to further expand the quality and quantity of educational opportunities for our students, teachers and staff. The families and faculty of SFMS thank you, and 100% of your donations directly benefit the students of Spring Forest Middle School. SFMS PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
